Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to guide the data platform team in building scalable data and analytics solutions. You will design ETL/ELT processes, data models, and governance to empower self-service analytics for business users.

The role focuses on cloud data lakes and warehouses, overseeing data quality, monitoring, and rapid delivery of data products within Lennar’s Enterprise Data and Analytics team.

Qualifications

8+ years in data engineering or data platform roles.
Strong data architecture and modeling skills.
Experience building data pipelines and analytics products.
Proficient in SQL and Python with cloud data services.

Responsibilities

Design and operationalize data engineering solutions for data platforms and products.
Architect and implement ETL, ELT and streaming data ingestions.
Improve data ingestion with quality, maintainability, and extensibility.
Lead standards for code reviews, CI/CD and data governance.
