Job summary

Mariana Minerals seeks a Technical Product Manager to own the data platform, analytics, data science tooling, and AI-forward workflows. You will align stakeholders, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive cohesive ownership across teams to move from ad hoc to cohesive software-defined data workstreams.

You will structure ambiguous initiatives, prototype with stakeholders, and translate insights into a clear, prioritized roadmap that guides engineers toward high-impact, scalable solutions in a hybrid

Qualifications

4–8+ years in technical product management, data platform or analytics roles.
Ability to lead in a highly technical room and drive decisions.
Depth in data infrastructure and analytics to credibly engage engineers and scientists.
Working fluency with LLM/foundation-model landscape and agentic tools.
Track record delivering structure to ambiguous cross-functional programs.
Hands-on prototyping to build PoCs with stakeholders.
Strong prioritization and clear tradeoffs, with visible communication.

Responsibilities

Talk to internal teams to define the roadmap for data platform, analytics, and data science tooling.
Own the roadmap: what to build next, for whom, and why.
Write specs, KPIs, and success metrics for scoped work.
Prioritize and align stakeholders so engineers stay focused on core work.
Decide build-vs-buy for BI/analytics and enable self-service insights.
Define where agents fit with traditional software and drive AI workflows.
Determine new data streams and integration standards as sensors come online.
Set expectations for support, correctness, and migration boundaries.
