Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Deep expertise across the full stack, frontend, backend, databases and cloud.
• Translate business needs into robust technical solutions and communicate clearly.
• Proven leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a structure-driven approach.
• Proficiency with React/Vue, Node.js/Python/Go, AWS/GCP, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of internal tools for scale and reliability.
• Architect and implement complex data integrations with enterprise tools like Autodesk.
• Develop sophisticated web applications and decide on frameworks, infra, and deployment.
