Job summary

Omnicom's Data Operations team is focused on delivering data-driven services across planning and investment functions in New York. You will build data warehouses and dashboards (Tableau, Datorama) and ensure data quality while collaborating with SMEs.

The role requires 3–5 years in advertising or related fields, strong presentation skills, and deep knowledge of taxonomy practices and BI platforms. In-office presence is required for several days weekly.

Qualifications

• A university degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting.
• Knowledge of agency-side execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop data warehouse and visualization dashboards, including calculated measurements and dimensions.
• Consult with SMEs to design and develop business rules for data processing.
• Set up and maintain data streams using BI tools; monitor and resolve data stream failures; ensure no gaps in measurements and dimensions.
• Create and maintain taxonomy generators for campaigns, placements, ad sets, etc.
• Manage development and maintenance of business intelligence tools; ensure data quality standards.
• Collect data from direct partners for dashboarding; perform ad-hoc data refreshes and dashboard updates.
• Work with investment teams on taxonomy resolution within ad servers; identify opportunities to improve processes; lead, mentor and train junior team members.
