Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Las Vegas is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer to drive our data initiatives and lead a team of 5-6 engineers onsite.

You will design scalable data pipelines with Airflow, leverage Snowflake architecture, and implement real-time streaming using Kafka and Spark Streaming. Build and integrate APIs across multiple systems, drive technical decisions, and uphold code quality through reviews in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years of hands-on data engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Apache Airflow, Snowflake, SQL, Kafka, API development
• Proven experience leading technical teams (3+ years) and Agile/Scrum practices

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 data engineers
• Design scalable data pipelines using Apache Airflow
• Understand and implement Snowflake architecture
• Integrate real-time streaming with Apache Kafka/Spark Streaming
