CVS Health Corporation seeks a senior data engineer to own the Medicare revenue data foundation, integrating claims, eligibility, and CMS data to enable accurate revenue forecasting and accruals.

Responsibilities include building data pipelines in Databricks/Spark, implementing HCC/ICD-10 mappings, and maintaining data quality and lineage for Finance, Actuarial, and Modeling teams. This full-time role requires leadership in a regulated health data environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in data engineering.
• 4+ years of expert level experience in healthcare data (claims/encounters/eligibility).
• 4+ years of production experience with Databricks / Spark (PySpark), Python, SQL/Lakehouse/ELT patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate the data pipelines and analytic tables for Medicare revenue projection.
• Ingest, normalize, and reconcile claims/encounters, eligibility, EMR/chart extracts, and CMS artifacts.
• Implement HCC/ICD-10 mappings and versioning for model year accuracy.
• Own data quality, reconciliation, lineage, and snapshot processes for accruals and audits.
• Partner with enterprise data/IT on Databricks lakehouse standards and CI/CD.
• Provide trusted datasets to Modeling, Finance, Actuarial, Revenue Integrity as needed.
• Define SLAs for freshness; monitor source-system changes and drift.
• Lead and mentor data engineers; establish engineering practices for a regulated environment.
• Support modular outputs to evolve the engine without rewriting the warehouse.
