Qualifications

• 5+ years working in a Data Engineering role.
• Proficient in Python and Spark.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience analyzing, cleaning, migrating and modeling data.
• Experience using Azure or another cloud provider (AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Work with multiple stakeholder communities to understand data needs and create pipelines across platform layers.
• Ensure infrastructure supports data platform and pipelines.
• Create standards to ensure future development is high quality and fit for purpose.
• Define features and capabilities to advance data usage in insurance.
• Provide governance and consultancy to platform users.
