Job summary

EY is seeking a senior data/AI Platform leader to guide data-driven engagements from concept to delivery. This remote role within the United States enables collaboration with diverse teams to build intelligent platforms leveraging data engineering and GenAI tooling.

You will lead client engagements, manage delivery workstreams, and align budgets with outcomes while mentoring teams through complex transformations. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Typically 4–6 years relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience developing scalable data solutions using Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with data engineering, data pipelines, streaming architectures, and big data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and ensuring quality in all processes.
• Engaging with clients on a daily basis, actively participating in working sessions, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Implementing resource plans and budgets while managing engagement economics.
