Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a product-and-platform focused leader to drive AI-driven data solutions. The role involves leading cross-functional workstreams, engaging with clients daily, and shaping delivery of mission-critical platforms across EY engagements.

You will guide teams across data science, engineering, and design, building scalable architectures while managing budgets and client expectations in a hybrid, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, ML, CS, Statistics, or related field.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience developing scalable data solutions with Python, R and SQL.
• Experience with data pipelines, streaming architectures and big data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and ensuring quality in all processes.
• Engaging with clients daily, participating in working sessions, and identifying opportunities.
• Implementing resource plans and budgets while managing engagement economics.
