EY seeks a seasoned data/AI leader to drive product and platform outcomes across teams of engineers, data scientists, and designers. You will guide engagements, shape solutions, and deliver high-impact work for diverse clients while navigating ambiguity and complex requirements.

The role emphasizes hybrid collaboration, strong communication, and hands-on leadership in cloud and data architectures, with a focus on scalable, compliant data engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Applied Math, Analytics, or related preferred.
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
• Hands‑on experience developing scalable data solutions using Python, R and SQL, with data pipelines and big data.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and ensuring quality in all processes.
• Engaging with clients on a daily basis, participating in sessions, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Implementing resource plans and budgets while managing engagement economics.
