Job summary

EY is seeking a senior data and platform leader to drive product-focused, AI-enabled platforms for major clients. You will guide cross-functional teams across data science, software engineering and design to deliver scalable data solutions and trusted client outcomes.

You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, manage delivery budgets, and navigate ambiguity to deliver quality product outcomes in a hybrid, client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and typically 4–6 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience building scalable data solutions with Python, R, and SQL and strong data engineering know-how.
• Experience with data pipelines, streaming architectures and big data ecosystems.
• Knowledge of cloud computing architecture, data security and data governance.
• Strong collaboration, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstreams and ensuring quality across delivery.
• Engaging with clients daily, identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Managing resource plans and budgets and guiding engagement economics.
