nou Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to join our Engineering Services Division in Huntsville, AL. You will act as an AI-enabled data analytics and visualization expert, building advanced tools and management dashboards for multiple programs and senior leadership.

The role requires independent work, strong data visualization skills, and the ability to deliver fully developed tools from high-level objectives. Security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI is required.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 7+ years of professional experience.
• Ability to develop analytical and visualization tools.
• Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Active security clearance at the required level (e.g., TS/SCI) or ability to obtain this clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data visualization for multi-program datasets.
• Develop AI-powered dashboards and analytical tools for senior leaders.
• Convert complex datasets into clear, actionable executive visuals.
• Independently translate high-level objectives into functioning tools without step-by-step guidance.
