Qualifications

• US Citizenship
• Master’s degree in a STEM field and 12+ years of engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 20+ years of experience
• Ability to develop analytical and visualization tools
• Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision
• Active security clearance at the required level (e.g., TS/SCI) or ability to obtain this clearance

Responsibilities

• Leverage Palantir Foundry to develop sophisticated analytical tools and interactive dashboards, converting complex datasets into clear, actionable executive‑level visual products
• Design, build, and maintain scalable scheduling and analytical tools enabling continuous tracking and optimization
• Provide periodic database management support and assist with SharePoint site administration
• Operate independently—translating abstract, high‑level objectives into complete, functioning tools without step‑by‑step guidance
