Job summary

Realtek Consulting LLC is seeking a senior data conversion lead to drive end-to-end HR data migrations, from SAP to Workday. You will design mappings, develop ETL/ELT processes, and ensure data quality across cutovers and go-live activities.

The role requires 10+ years in data migration, strong governance and security awareness, and collaboration with HR, technology, and business teams to ensure accurate, compliant loading of data and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in data conversion and migration.
• Strong experience in Data Conversion and Data Migration.
• Hands-on experience with Data 360.
• Experience with Informatica Product 360.
• Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading.
• Experience developing ETL/ELT processes.
• Strong experience with Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM).
• Experience with data profiling, enrichment, reconciliation, and data quality controls.
• Experience with SAP-to-Workday data migration.
• Experience preparing Workday EIB/load files and data templates.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, mock conversions, cutover, and Go-Live activities.
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and security requirements.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with HR, Technology, Business, and Functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion activities for HR technology implementations and upgrades.
• Develop data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation processes.
• Perform data reconciliation and resolve data quality issues.
• Support testing cycles, including mock conversions and production cutovers.
• Partner with HR, Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and readiness.
• Document conversion requirements, mapping rules, and validation results.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, enrichment, and reconciliation activities.
• Design and develop ETL/ELT processes for SAP-to-Workday migration.
• Create Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents and transformation rules.
• Prepare Workday-compatible load files using EIBs and Workday data templates.
• Validate migrated data through reconciliation reports and business sign-off processes.
• Collaborate with Workday Functional Consultants to support tenant loads and testing cycles.
• Troubleshoot migration and conversion issues during SIT, UAT, and Go-Live phases.
• Implement data quality controls and ensure compliance with governance, privacy, and security policies.
• Support cutover planning, mock conversions, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization.
