Job summary

Align is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale cabling infrastructure deployments for AI and hyperscale data centers across the U.S. The role emphasizes planning, coordination, documentation, reporting and on-time delivery with a strong focus on safety and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data center or large-scale infra projects, with experience managing multi-team and vendor environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience supporting data centers or related infra.
Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors and locations.
Ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks and client expectations.
Strong organizational and customer-facing skills.
Proficiency with Excel and PM tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning to closeout.
Create and maintain schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans.
Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Track progress, identify risks, and resolve deployment issues.
Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and closeout docs.
Monitor materials, equipment readiness, labor, and project costs.
Lead client and internal project meetings with clear status updates.
Partner with Superintendents and Foremen to meet requirements.
Support QA/QC, testing, turnover and closeout.
