Job summary

T5 is seeking a Senior Critical Facilities Technician to oversee data center operations, including critical and non-critical infrastructure. You will lead a team, train junior technicians, and ensure safety and reliability by following company standards and industry best practices.

You will work within the Facilities team, maintain CMMS data, monitor power and cooling, support 24x7 shifts, and help develop and enforce operating procedures.

Qualifications

• High school degree is required.
• Prior military or technical training is preferred.
• 3+ years in mission critical environments is preferred.
• Electrical or mechanical licensure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain data center infrastructure equipment and systems.
• Provide training and leadership for junior technicians.
• Monitor power, cooling capacity, and environmental conditions.
• Maintain CMMS data and drive improvements in operational excellence.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure adherence to safety, change control, and procedures.

Education

High school degree

Prior military or technical school training

3+ years experience in Mission Critical Environments

Electrical or mechanical licensure
