Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead end-to-end design on major data center developments in North America. You will steer multidisciplinary teams, align design decisions with safety, resilience, and sustainability goals, and manage external consultants and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, a four-year degree in Architecture or Engineering, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in design leadership for complex data center projects.
• Bachelor-level degree in Architecture or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage risk.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end design delivery for major data center projects from concept to handover.
• Coordinate external consultants, manufacturers, contractors, and internal teams across disciplines.
• Drive risk management, value engineering, and resolution of technical and program risks.
• Mentor Design Managers and elevate regional practices across divisions.
• Travel up to 25% as needed to support project execution.
