Job summary

Hut 8 Corp. is seeking a Superintendent, CSA to lead civil, structural, and architectural field execution for a new data center build, owning day-to-day site operations in a high-stakes, mission-critical environment.

Reporting to the Construction Manager and Director, Construction, this role drives schedule, coordinates trades, and enforces safety and quality from mobilization through turnover. Superintendents are the standard on Hut 8 sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field supervision on heavy civil, structural concrete, or large industrial projects.
• Deep knowledge of earthwork, foundation systems, concrete placement, tilt-wall/precast, and structural steel with QA/QC.
• Able to sequence sitework and vertical construction to protect milestones.
• Strong planning, manpower review, and subcontractor coordination skills.
• OSHA 30 preferred; safety leadership for high-risk CSA work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise grading, utilities, stormwater, roadways, and site improvements.
• Coordinate survey control, earthwork QA/QC, dewatering, and sequencing.
• Oversee foundations, concrete placement, embeds, anchors, and structural work.
• Manage building envelope, roofing, doors, and interior finishes.
• Lead three-week look-ahead planning; report progress and drive recovery plans.
• Enforce safety programs and hold trades to first-time quality.
• Maintain daily reports, progress quantities, and RFIs with engineers.
