Job summary

Huxley is seeking a CSA Lead to support the delivery of large-scale data center projects. You will oversee the Civil, Structural, and Architectural scope from construction through project closeout, ensuring integration with MEP and commissioning teams.

Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive quality, schedule, cost, and constructability across complex data center developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction, project engineering, design management, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of site development, structural systems, and building design.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction projects.
• Mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial project experience strongly preferred.
