Job summary

Prime Data Centers in Dallas, TX is seeking a Data Center Construction Scheduler to plan, schedule, and monitor large-scale data center projects. You will coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and project managers to keep milestones on track within budget.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in construction scheduling, with BIM/Procore experience. A PMI-SP or similar certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Experience on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Proficiency with BIM, Procore, and scheduling tools.
• Scheduling certification (PMI-SP, AACE PSP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update detailed construction schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and PMs to align timelines.
• Integrate procurement and permitting timelines into the master schedule.
• Analyze schedule impacts and propose mitigation strategies.
• Generate reports: look-aheads, critical path, and schedule risk assessments.
• Monitor progress and flag risks early.
• Support earned value analysis and project closeout documentation.
