Job summary

Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D), now part of Project Management Advisors (PMA), seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery of mission-critical Data Center projects in West Texas. You will coordinate with the Owner’s team, GC, and trade partners to drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

This role requires 10+ years of construction management, strong knowledge of MEP coordination, field productivity tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience with mass grading, core & shell, and high-volume fit-out.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex facilities.
• Strong emphasis on safety and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution with the Owner’s team, GC, and trades.
• Drive safety culture and quality control on all work.
• Track field productivity and maintain 3-week look-ahead alignment.
• Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the ORPM.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities for CX handover.
