Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of construction management experience, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication. PMP/PMI certification is preferred, with familiar tools like Bluebeam and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8–10 years construction management experience in large-scale data center projects.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred; strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all construction activities including QA/QC and safety.
• Coordinate projects with detailed plans, milestones, and technical integration.
• Analyze risks, resources, and schedules to ensure delivery.
• Present updates and recommendations to leadership.
• Hold general contractors accountable for schedule and risk management.
