You will lead projects, drive proposals, and ensure staff competence while managing contracts and costs. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, PMI/PMP certification, and 8–10 years of experience in construction management or related fields.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans and directing technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign and evaluate work, and oversee staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resources, and market demand to plan feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff on project specs.
• Review and approve contracts and cost estimates.
