Rightdirectiontech invites an Information Technology Architect (Senior) to lead design and governance of enterprise data platforms, including EDW and Iceberg/Delta Lake-based data lakehouses on AWS. The role emphasizes data modeling (Medallion Architecture, Star/Snowflake), healthcare interoperability (EDI X12, FHIR/HL7), and regulatory compliance.

You will guide data engineers, implement CI/CD and IaC practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of IT systems experience.
• Seven+ years in data engineering, ETL, or cloud data architecture.
• Two+ years in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers in scalable, automated data pipelines.
• Architect and implement a Medallion Architecture-based Data Lakehouse.
• Design and develop a cloud-based EDW with AWS and related technologies.
• Build and optimize Dimensional Data Models using Star and Snowflake schemas.
