You will lead standards for data organization to ensure usability, interoperability, and traceability from business concepts to implementation. The role requires hands-on experience with conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, and collaboration with the Chief Data Office, engineering, and business partners to drive

Qualificações

• 7+ years in data architecture, information architecture or enterprise data design.
• Ability to design conceptual, logical and physical data models.
• Experience implementing data governance at scale with policies and metrics.
• Knowledge of metadata management, lineage, quality frameworks, and cataloging.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and lakehouse tech (AWS/GCP/Snowflake/Databricks).
• Strong communication to translate business needs into data designs and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain standards for organizing data to improve usability and traceability.
• Create data models across conceptual, logical, and physical layers.
• Influence CDO, engineering, and business partners for interoperable information flows.
• Develop high‑quality data products aligned with data mesh strategy and OKRs.
• Represent the team in architecture and governance forums and guide adoption.
• Mentor architects and developers in data modeling, lineage, and metadata.
• Design and implement governance processes to comply with risk policies and standards.
• Identify automation for data controls to reduce manual work and strengthen controls.
• Partner with CDO to interpret governance requirements for corporate functions.
