Job summary

ARCTOS Technology Solutions, LLC seeks a technical leader to establish and lead the Integrated Data and Engineering Analytics (IDEA) team within the Aerospace Structures & Materials Department. The role shapes vision and architecture for integrated engineering intelligence to transform diverse data into decision-ready knowledge.

You will build a multidisciplinary team, work with engineers, scientists, software developers, program managers, and customers, and translate customer challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience building data architectures, software environments, and digital engineering capabilities.
• Experience working with experimental measurements, materials data, and simulations.
• Ability to communicate and lead across engineering, software, program management, and customers.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish a 3–5 year vision and road map for the integrated data and analytics capability.
• Define scalable architectures to integrate engineering data, models, and analytics.
• Lead data pipelines, APIs, provenance, configuration management, and traceability.
• Develop analytics, ML/AI, surrogate modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Bridge engineering evidence to program cost, schedule, risk decisions.
