Job summary

ARCTOS Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to establish and lead a new Integrated Data and Engineering Analytics (IDEA) team in the Aerospace Structures & Materials Department. You will drive the technical roadmap, define architectures, and build capabilities to transform diverse engineering data into actionable knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years of relevant technical leadership
• Experience developing data architectures, software environments, or analytical solutions
• Experience working with complex engineering data such as measurements, materials characterization, or simulations
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish a three-to-five-year vision and technical roadmap for Integrated Data and Engineering Analytics.
• Define scalable architectures for integrating engineering data, models, and analytical capabilities.
• Lead development of engineering applications, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Engage customers and internal teams to translate challenges into executable programs.
