Responsibilities

• Leads the design, evolution, and long-term stewardship of the School of Medicine’s data storage and reporting ecosystem, high-quality data assets, and reliable analytics capabilities that support decision‑making.
• Leads and oversees end‑to‑end system integration efforts with IT, driving strategic collaboration to enhance data governance, optimize data workflows, and strengthen program‑wide data management infrastructure.
• Develops, standardizes, and oversees data‑capture workflows across multiple systems (VidaNova, Jenzabar, NBME, ExamSoft, etc.), ensuring seamless integration, high‑quality data, and reliable reporting.
• Oversees and coordinates the development, validation, and deployment of recurring and ad hoc reports, including requirements definition, testing, and distribution.
• Creates and maintains automated dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI to facilitate the real‑time review of student and program performance for actionable insights into student outcomes and program performance.
