Qualifications

• 6+ years in data analysis or related fields.
• Expert SQL skills with optimization and data transformation.
• Extensive experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboards.
• Strong cloud analytics knowledge (Google Cloud, AWS or Azure).
• Experience applying statistics to derive business insights.
• Excellent problem-solving and ambiguity management.
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior analysts.
• Hands-on with Agile and backlog tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and interpretation of data to drive strategic business decisions.
