Job summary

Public Health Management Corporation is seeking a Lead Data Analyst for the Family Support Services division in Philadelphia. You will oversee data governance, reporting infrastructure, and performance measurement across multiple programs, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will design dashboards and KPIs, analyze complex program data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for executive leadership, funders, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, reporting, analytics, or program evaluation.
• Experience administering and maintaining database systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Family Support Services Division’s lead data professional, overseeing data governance, reporting infrastructure, performance measurement, and compliance across programs.
• Develop and maintain data management standards, reporting methodologies, quality assurance, and performance measures.
• Design and manage reporting systems, dashboards, and KPIs to support program evaluation and funding requirements.
• Analyze complex program data to identify trends, gaps, outcomes, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate data findings into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership and funders.
• Lead initiatives to improve data collection, reporting efficiency, and data quality; promote continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular audits and performance monitoring to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Produce monthly/quarterly/annual reports and present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Create training materials and provide ongoing staff coaching on data systems and reporting.
• Serve as liaison between program leadership, external partners, funders, and regulators on data strategy and outcomes.
• Current Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Clearance, and FBI background clearances required.
