Public Health Management Corporation is seeking a Data Operations Manager for Fairwold Academy in Fort Washington, PA. The role focuses on creating a comprehensive data management plan, configuring reports, and supporting data analysis to improve operational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in education administration and operational data analysis.
• Extensive experience working with schools and education organizations.
• Experience working with education administration, compliance monitoring, quality improvement, and data-informed operations improvement

Responsibilities

• Oversee the systems, approach, and effectiveness of the Fairwold data management program and serve as the super administrator for the student information system (currently PowerSchool) and the student behavior reporting system (currently SWIS).
• Manage information system vendor contract scopes including system configuration, coordination of technical assistance, and training resources.
• Design and execute data projects, track deliverables, and provide status updates to program leadership.
• Lead PowerSchool Analytics & Insights activation with the PowerSchool Account Manager.
• Create data collection and management policies and protocols.
• Monitor data systems to assess adherence to data management protocols.
• Coordinate with the school leadership team to develop training and resources to achieve compliance with data management protocols.
• Design and lead the implementation of data protocols that ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of operational activities.
