Job summary

Experity is seeking a senior data leader to guide a team of data analysts and engineers, directing the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes. You will drive data integration into Snowflake and oversee BI initiatives with Tableau and other tools to deliver impactful insights.

You will develop project plans, ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions, analyze complex datasets, and present findings to stakeholders while ensuring PHI compliance and strong data

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, New Relic, and AWS.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in the software development industry.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., Travel:

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and data engineers.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and career development sessions.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient and reliable data integration from multiple sources into Snowflake.
• Lead the development and implementation of BI solutions using Tableau and other tools.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of data analytics solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets to answer key questions from stakeholders and drive business performance improvements.
• Create source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for data sets.
• Propose data-driven solutions and strategies to address business challenges.
• Develop best-practice reports and dashboards based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
• Present information using advanced data visualization techniques to communicate insights effectively.
• Document all processes, methodologies, and findings thoroughly.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, maintaining high standards for handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
