Tripledot Studios is seeking a Lead Data Analyst for its PeopleFun division in Dallas. This is an individual contributor role with influence across multiple titles and the authority to set analytics standards and priorities for the team.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering and Marketing leadership to turn complex data into actionable recommendations that shape product direction in an AI-forward environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years analytics experience in product or games analytics.
• Expert-level SQL and Looker skills.
• Strong experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B, sequential, multivariate).
• Experience with semantic layers and AI tool integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own dashboards and reporting for New Games analytics.
• Design experiments and provide clear data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure data quality and reliable tracking across pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing leadership.
