Job summary

Tripledot Studios Limited is seeking a Lead Data Analyst for its PeopleFun division in Dallas. You will own analytics for new game concepts, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate data into action, and setting standards for AI-assisted analysis in a fast-paced portfolio.

You will design experiments, build scalable Looker dashboards, and ensure data quality across the portfolio, with relocation support for eligible US candidates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years analytics experience in product or games analytics.
• Expert-level SQL and Looker skills.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B, sequential, multivariate).
• Experience with semantic layers and writing context or reusable skills for AI tools.
• Comfort turning ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks.
• Experience partnering with Data Engineering to shape scalable data infrastructure and validate data quality.
• Track record of influencing product and marketing decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work from our Dallas office in a hybrid arrangement; relocation support available for U.S. candidates.

Responsibilities

• Define and uphold best practices for interpreting data so teams can reach confident conclusions quickly to iterate on each game.
• Design A/B tests with clear hypotheses, metrics, and guardrails.
• Own dashboards and reporting in Looker for core game KPIs such as retention, monetization, engagement, and user acquisition.
• Govern AI-assisted analyses; ensure quality and prevent bottlenecks in outputs.
• Build semantic layer and AI skills; measure accuracy to maintain trust in insights.
• Validate tracking and data pipelines with engineering; investigate reporting discrepancies.
• Keep New Games analytics aligned with established metrics across titles.
