You will own analytics pipelines, build AI-backed solutions, and run experimentation end-to-end, partnering with Product and Engineering to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. A strong background in Snowplow/GA4 and SQL is required; bonus for dbt, Python, and gaming experience.

Qualifications

• Proven digital analytics background with Snowplow, GA4, Quantum Metric, PostHog or Contentsquare.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on querying of event-level data; dbt or Python a bonus.
• Experience supporting product experimentation and A/B testing; mobile app or gaming a plus.
• Hands-on with AI tools to automate analytics workflows and uncover insights.
• Analytical mindset, problem solving, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to challenge baseline assumptions and validate decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw event data into sharp, AI-powered product insights and experiments.
• Be the product team's data guide, navigating complex data landscapes for decisions.
• Build AI-backed analytical solutions and automations to streamline workflows.
• Deep-dive into user behaviour, app performance and features to boost metrics.
• Own experimentation from analytics side, enforce robust statistical standards.
• Model event streams into foundational datasets for analytics and data science.
