Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to directly supervise maintenance staff on a 24/7 operation.

The role plans, assigns, and directs work, addresses issues, and ensures ongoing equipment reliability through PMs and capital projects. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial maintenance in dairy/food/beverage and at least 1 year in a lead/supervisory role, with strong PLC, electrical, and boiler expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience in Dairy/Food/Beverage or equivalent.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Boilers, refrigeration, PLCs, electrical, cooling towers, ammonia compressors and packaging equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance employees on assigned shifts to ensure maintenance services and production support.
• Lead maintenance and capital projects for the site, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation for PLCs, instrumentation, and equipment; update procedures and PMs.
• Provide hands-on technical support during equipment failures and production interruptions; lead troubleshooting.
