Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks an experienced Application Developer for D365 F&O to lead design, development, and implementation of ERP solutions. You will specialize in X++ customization, data entities, and Azure-based integrations while driving ALM practices and cross-team collaboration.

The role requires strong Azure Cloud, DevOps, and Power Platform capabilities, with mentoring responsibilities and a focus on performance optimization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience with 4+ years hands-on D365 F&O / AX development.
• Experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring development teams.
• MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer (in progress)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain D365 F&O customizations using X++, extensions, and events.
• Develop and optimize Data Entities, batch frameworks, and system automation tools.
• Implement integrations via OData, REST APIs, Custom Services, and Azure services.
• Build Power Platform solutions integrated with D365 F&O.
• Manage build and release pipelines using Azure DevOps and perform ALM tasks.
• Provide L2/L3 support and optimize performance; participate in UAT and production validation.
