Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Manager, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) & Modern Front-End Engineering to lead the design and delivery of enterprise solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and modern web technologies in Dallas, TX. You will guide teams implementing D365 CE apps like Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights built on Dataverse.

Responsibilities include architecture, mentoring, client engagement, and ensuring scalable, secure deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft business applications.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies including React; Angular/Next.js preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and delivery across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Mentor developers and guide teams in D365 CE, Dataverse, and modern front-end engineering.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to clients, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
