Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Manager of Power Platform & Modern Front‑End Engineering to lead the delivery of enterprise‑grade solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform, with emphasis on React, Angular, and Next.js.

You will guide teams combining Power Platform capabilities with contemporary front‑end frameworks, Azure services, and AI‑assisted development practices, while mentoring developers and ensuring delivery excellence across client engagements.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in application development or solution delivery.
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Strong experience with modern front‑end technologies, including JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern UI patterns.
Experience integrating Power Platform with custom front‑end applications and Azure services.
Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of solutions leveraging Power Platform with modern front‑end stacks.
Guide teams in integrating Power Platform with React, Angular, and Next.js and Azure hosted services.
Establish architectural patterns and drive AI‑assisted development adoption.
Review designs, code, and solutions to meet enterprise standards.
