• Ability to comprehend and translate operational issues related to Cylinder Management operations.
• Working knowledge of University locations or read and interpret maps.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Organizational skills to prioritize varied duties and maintain accuracy.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong math skills for budgeting and financial documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate staff in Cylinder Management.
• Receive, load, and deliver compressed gas cylinders and regulators with verification.
• Handle customer orders, invoicing, inventory control, and payment validation.
• Provide backup driving duties as needed and ensure safety/compliance.
