Responsibilities include coordinating daily tasks, handling customer inquiries, processing orders and invoices, managing inventory, and providing backup driving support as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in stores work or equivalent.
• Ability to lead a diverse team in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to translate operational issues related to Cylinder Management.
• Reading maps to locate University locations.
• Ability to multitask while following written and oral instructions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Professional writing for business correspondence.
• Effective verbal communication with customers and vendors.
• Business math for budgeting, accounting, and financial documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train staff to receive, load, and deliver cylinders with verification.
• Coordinate daily operations of Cylinder Management and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide customer service: order processing, inquiries, billing, and payments validation.
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records and signatures.
• Serve as backup driver as needed.
