Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking a Senior Security Specialist Technical Writer to support the DHA EOSS contract in Aurora, CO. You will lead cybersecurity documentation, RMF artifacts, and ATO packages, working with ISSO/ISSM and engineers.

The role requires DoD 8140.03 certification within three months, 5+ years of experience, and U.S. citizenship. Expect collaboration across AWS GovCloud, eMASS, and DHS/DHA security policies.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for DHA access and clearance.
• Must possess or obtain a DoD 8140.03 certification within three months of hire.
• Minimum of five years of hands-on Technical Writing and Cybersecurity/Information Assurance documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF artifact and ATO package documentation across the program.
• Manage documentation and control evidence in eMASS (SSP, SAR, RAR).
• Draft and submit Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) including Security Management and COOP plans.
• Coordinate with ISSO/ISSM and engineers to ensure RMF compliance and policy alignment.
