Job summary

Credence in the United States is seeking an Analyst - Cybersecurity Engineer to lead cybersecurity tooling, automation, and engineering initiatives across the organization.

You will identify opportunities to improve operations, conduct threat assessments, and develop engineering recommendations to strengthen our security posture. This role partners with OT security and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights and dashboards.

Qualifications

• DOD Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• DOD 8570.01 IAT III Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for cybersecurity tools, engineering initiatives, and emerging technologies.
• Evaluate, recommend, implement, and integrate cybersecurity tools to improve operational effectiveness.
• Research emerging cybersecurity threats, attack techniques, vulnerabilities, and defensive technologies.
• Produce technical white papers, engineering analyses, risk assessments, and recommendations that support informed cybersecurity decision-making.
• Develop engineering recommendations that improve the organization’s overall security posture.
