EY is seeking a SOAR Engineering Manager to lead design, delivery, and optimization of security automation solutions. You will guide engagements across security operations, incident response, and engineering teams to drive measurable value for clients.

You will shape automation strategies, oversee platform implementations, and mentor multidisciplinary teams while maintaining high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, MIS, or related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant security automation or SOAR experience.
• Experience leading teams delivering enterprise security automation or SOAR solutions.
• Hands-on with enterprise SOAR platforms (listed in tools) and automation languages.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end SOAR engagements from discovery to deployment.
• Advise on automation strategy, governance, and platform selection.
• Own solution architecture for scalable, secure enterprise implementations.
• Develop playbooks for incident triage, containment, and reporting.
• Oversee integrations across SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, cloud security, and more.
• Provide technical oversight for custom integrations and APIs.
