Job summary

Peraton seeks a Lead Cyber Intelligence Analyst in the Washington, DC area to manage the end-to-end production lifecycle of multi-source cyber intelligence for DOE stakeholders. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in cyber intelligence analysis, intelligence production, or related cybersecurity or national security discipline.
• Experience managing intelligence products from initial requirements through final dissemination.
• Knowledge of IC analytic tradecraft standards, structured analytic techniques, and multi-source intelligence integration.
• Strong understanding of cyber threats, adversary TTPs, vulnerabilities, and technical threat analysis.
• Excellent analytical writing, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and classified information in accordance with security requirements.
• US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Dept. of Energy clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full intelligence production lifecycle, including requirements, analysis, drafting, quality assurance, review, approval, and dissemination.
• Integrate multi-source technical cyber intelligence to assess adversary capabilities, tactics, techniques, procedures (TTPs), targeting, and potential impacts to DOE missions and critical infrastructure.
• Ensure intelligence products adhere to IC analytic standards, including sourcing, objectivity, confidence statements, and communication of uncertainty.
• Coordinate with intelligence, cybersecurity, and mission stakeholders to prioritize requirements, validate findings, and deliver timely assessments.
• Develop and disseminate intelligence reports, threat assessments, briefings, and warning products for technical and executive audiences.
• Lead production workflows, mentor analysts, enforce quality control, and identify opportunities to improve analytic rigor and efficiency.
