Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care during exams, treatments, dentals, and surgery.
• Perform dental cleanings and dental radiographs.
• Monitor anesthesia and support surgical recovery.
• Train, coach, and onboard clinical support staff.
• Support accountability, communication, and consistency across the team.
• Lead or support department meetings with educational content.
• Identify training opportunities and improve team efficiency.
