Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality patient care during exams, treatments, dentals, and surgery.
• Monitoring anesthesia and supporting surgical recovery.
• Training, coaching, and onboarding clinical support staff.
• Supporting accountability, communication, and consistency across the team.
• Assisting with monthly scheduling needs.
• Leading or supporting department meetings with educational content.
• Helping identify training opportunities and improve team efficiency.
