Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Lead Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist in White Plains, NY to lead the catheterization lab, coordinate daily workflow, and mentor staff. You will ensure safety during complex procedures and drive clinical excellence in a high-acuity setting.

The role requires RCIS/RCES certification, BLS/ACLS, and 5+ years as a scrub technician or cardiac technician. This is a full-time direct-hire position with varied day shifts and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• RCIS or RCES certification required (or eligible).
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Graduate from a health science program with cardiovascular focus.
• Successful scrub technician or hospital-based training completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Cath and EP procedures and oversee daily lab operations.
• Mentor staff and participate in hiring and onboarding.
• Coordinate room assignments and staffing for high-volume periods.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and radiation protection.
• Manage equipment maintenance and vendor relations.
• Document procedures and support revenue integrity audits.
