Job description

Companions has been serving the St. Cloud community since 1998, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Client Care Representative to guide our team at the front desk. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings positive leadership energy and has a strong background in client service.

As CCR Lead, you'll support and oversee the team that serves as the face of our hospital. You'll model excellent service, help streamline daily operations and work closely with the Hospital Administrator to keep things running smoothly -- while making sure both clients and teammates feel supported at each step.

What you'll do:
  • Perform all traditional CCR duties (phones, emails, faxes, invoicing, client communication, etc.)
  • Coach, mentor and support CCR team members
  • Provide timely feedback and training
  • Assist with escalated client concerns
  • Manage CCR team scheduling and daily task flow
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Help plan, monitor and respond on our social media platforms
What you bring:

  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, scheduling and veterinary software
Position Details:
