Summary
To be the advocate for our guests and consistently meet our guests’ expectations by providing a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner and maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times. Responsible for assisting the Guest Service Supervisor in supervising the Guest Service area. Responsible for accurately processing all guest transactions and maintaining proper security of the Guest Service area.
Pay Range
$16.00–$19.55; starting at $18/hr; $1,500 sign‑on bonus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet, make eye contact, and thank each guest you service.
- Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guests’ expectations.
- Project a professional appearance in accordance with our dress code and personal grooming policy.
- Work safely and maintain a neat and clean work area at all times.
- Assist the Assistant Customer Service Team Leader – Office in supervising the Guest Service area.
- Assist the Assistant Customer Service Team Leader – Office with daily cash and sales activities.
- Train and coach Guest Service teammates to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Accurately process all guest transactions, including but not limited to check cashing, bill payment, ATM transactions, lottery, and Western Union.
- Ensure the Guest Service area and related items are properly secured while working and at the end of each shift.
- Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills.

- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Basic math skills.
- 6‑12 months of related experience.
- Basic literacy.
- Basic computer skills.
- Satisfactory performance evaluations.
